Thank you to the 2023 Cardiff Half Marathon team
After a whole year of planning, I want to thank all of the 26 JAM Fund runners this year. My workmates at Dow Chemicals, their friends, my ex Royal Navy shipmates, My son Sam and his friends, and all the individual runners who supported us today. The evening was rounded off with a session in the shack and adjoining gazebo by my school friend Darren Shepherd, who gave us live music on request, proving to our English friends that we Taffs can sign ,( ish) Ty Darren! The JAM Fund has already sent £2000 to a project for a disabled children's park in Plymouth, but there is still an ongoing amount to be raised.. but
....Stacey Drake, we will work together to get there.
