Thank you from the JAM Fund football and family day

£1500 profit on the day, has enabled the JAM Fund and Jamie's memory to make another donation.

An Empulse F35 electric wheelchair adaptation has been purchased for £2250 and is being prepared for delivery to Niamh, a 15 year old young lady from Barry.

Letting everyone involved on the day know where your efforts and donations have been spent and the difference you have made for Niamh and her family who have asked me to thank you all . My thanks, and those of the JAM Fund in addition.
