Join the JAM Fund team for the Barry Island 10K 2026

JAM Fund Barry Island 10K 2026.

I'm now looking for runners to join the official JAM Fund charity team in the forthcoming Barry Island 10K run . This takes place on Sunday 17th May.

This replaces the JAM Fund team event in the annual Cardiff half marathon and means I can reduce the requested sponsorship amount.

Runners are asked to raise minimum sponsorship of £150. This covers your entry place which has been paid for by the charity and provision of a team running vest. If anyone has already entered and wants to run for the charity please get in touch by e-mailing me at
