Christmas scrubs for the Royal Berkshire Hospital neonatal unit
Pictured here are some of the 80 members of staff from the Royal Berkshire Hospital Neo Natal Unit wearing their new Christmas themed scrubs and receiving their thermal mugs and treatment diaries courtesy of the JAM Fund. Another Neo Natal Unit in the East Kent Hospital trust have now received the maternity equipment they requested, all totalling a little in excess of £4000.This was made possible from the amazing efforts of David Humphries Derek and Sue and their mammoth 800+mile cycle ride earlier this year.
Another £500 donation is pending for a young man in Barry who has muscular dystrophy (mum is talking to occupational health to determine what to purchase) this donation was made possible by financial support from the Druids Detecting Group (no they don't detect Druids)
(thanks to Mike Wareham, Adam Lloyd and Alun Riddick of the group) and a birthday donation from Mrs Margaret Mullins. (Thanks Mrs M) It's always important to me that people can see where the money is going and the differences you all make
(Thanks all) and wishing you a happy New Year. I can pretty much guarantee I will be very, very drunk this coming N.Y.E. 😄😄
