JAM Fund in the pandemic

During the pandemic, the charity has realised the need to support all vulnerable groups within our regions in the UK.
Sadly, thousands of families have lost loved ones to the Covid 19 virus, with the elderly particularly at ris. To that end, the charity decided to branch away from the usual focus of just helping vulnerable children and purchased some British made, (and British safety standard approved) medical PPE
300 aprons and 350 visors were supplied to :-
College Fields, Springbank, Bellavista, Orchard House and Channel view nursing homes in Barry and the Barn care home in Bargoed, a further 150 JAMFund face masks were purchased with a grant from local organisation GVS (Glamorgan Voluntary Services) and these were issued to Pencoedtre High School in Barry and individual families both locally and nationally, who support the charity (thanks to all concerned and to GVS for their kind support)
